Jade Emperor's Peak

Posted by Mo Zhang on

Climbing up the long, steep stairs,
On the Jade Emperor's Peak,
I see red walls,
Gray shingles,
Floating in the blue.
Two thousand years,
People came and gone,
Left behind their words,
Carved in the rock.
Two thousand years,
Even rock cloud decay,
The easiest words lost,
Leaving us wondering,
What he said.
